Powertranz Security Update Jul 14, 2025 11:00-11:15 UTC

This is a reminder that our planned system maintenance for security enhancements is scheduled for Monday, July 14th 8:00 AM ADT.

We encourage merchants to be prepared to verify or test live transactions after the changes are made.

As previously mentioned, this is a routine update to introduce additional security and is similar to other enhancements we’ve introduced in the past. While action may not be necessary, it is important to ensure that your systems are using current and supported security protocols to avoid any disruption to your services.

The security updates have been accessible in the Staging environment since March 20th to allow merchants to validate their integrations prior to the production deployment July 14th.

If you are unsure whether any updates are needed on your side, we recommend checking with your web developer, website host provider, or plugin provider, depending on how your integration is set up.
